We want you to build your dream vehicle with confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and Uninstalled: We cannot accept parts that have been bolted on, plugged in, or taken for a ride. Once it has been installed, it’s yours.
In Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box with all manuals, hardware, and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Electrical components (ECUs, tuners, lights that have been wired).
Custom-made or made-to-order parts (e.g., custom roll cages, custom seats).
Hazmat items (batteries, oils, fluids).
Closeout or “Garage Sale” items.
Due to the size and weight of UTV parts, a 20% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error or a manufacturer defect. This covers the cost of inspecting, repacking, and restocking the item.
If your part arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please contact us immediately at Jeremy@Gassquatch.com with photos of the damage. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Do not attempt to install a damaged part.
Email us at Jeremy@Gassquatch.com with your Order # and reason for return.
We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
